1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Püper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Püper is a community-driven platform for discovering, reviewing, and sharing information about publicly accessible restrooms. The Service allows users to submit restroom listings, write reviews, rate restrooms, and interact with community content.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to submit restrooms or reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide a valid email address. You may not create accounts using someone else's identity or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content guidelines
You are responsible for all content you submit. By submitting content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate these Terms. You must not submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Is offensive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
- Violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, promotional material, or commercial solicitation
- Is unrelated to the restroom being reviewed
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
5. Content license
By submitting content to Püper, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
6. Rate limits and fair use
To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, we enforce submission limits: a maximum of 3 reviews per hour and 5 restroom submissions per day per account. These limits may change. Attempting to circumvent rate limits is a violation of these Terms.
7. Accuracy of information
Restroom listings and reviews are submitted by community members and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Püper does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content. Always exercise your own judgment when relying on information from the Service.
8. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove, hide, or modify any content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for the community. We may ban users who repeatedly violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that restroom information will be accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Püper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on inaccurate restroom information.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
